All our plumber websites come with a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled at any time with notice. When you cancel, code and design stays with us. Lump sum package is for those who want to keep it forever (without any support of course).

We don't charge large upfront design fees. Instead, we require a 12-month minimum commitment, which allows us to cover the cost of designing, building, hosting, and maintaining your website while keeping the monthly price affordable.

From our experience, a well-built website should start gaining traction over this period and may begin ranking for relevant low-competition search terms. By the end 12-month period you'll have a much clearer picture of the value your website is providing to your business.

This approach keeps the risk and upfront investment low, which is especially important for new and growing plumbing businesses.

Once you've completed the initial 12 months, you can cancel whenever you'd like. However, you don't keep the website.

If you choose to cancel before the end of the 12-month minimum term,  you'll owe remaining balance of standard site build cost ($2,950), minus any payments you've already made.

No. We don't charge any upfront fees. You simply pay your monthly subscription, which is billed on the 1st of each month.

If we begin building your website near the end of the month (for example, on the 26th), your first subscription payment will be due on the 1st of the following month.

If we start work earlier in the month (for example, on the 13th or 17th), we'll send your first invoice when the project begins to cover the work and costs incurred during that month.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure payment system.

Payments are collected automatically each month through our secure billing platform, so you never have to worry about manually sending invoices.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you and give you time to update your payment method. Continued missed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.

No. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. You'll always know exactly what you're paying for.

Because every website is custom-built and requires significant time and resources, we do not offer refunds.

At the beginning of the process, we’ll send you a simple questionnaire to understand your vision, goals, and preferences.

We’ll then review your inspiration websites as well as other plumbing businesses in your local area. That will help us create a clear direction for your website.

Once we’ve gathered everything we need, we’ll start by designing your homepage. In this phase we'll need your approval. This is the most important page, as it sets the tone and style for the rest of the website. After your approval, we move into the development phase.

We don’t use templates. Every website is designed from scratch to ensure it’s unique to your business and fully aligned with your brand.

We typically launch websites within 3–6 weeks on average.

If you choose our lump sum package, we also offer ongoing support on an hourly, pay-as-you-go basis.

Yes. With our monthly package, you get ongoing support as part of your subscription, including updates, fixes, and general assistance whenever you need it - for free.

With our lump sum we offer support but we charge you on hourly basis.

Yes. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your new website. If not, we can help you register one in your name.
